Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel maintenance position; supervisory experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all maintenance functions follow company and brand standards for compliance and safety.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and public spaces.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pools and spa to meet brand standards and health regulations.
• Assist other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required and participate in safety procedures.
