Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel maintenance position, supervisory preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance functions meet brand standards for compliance and safety.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety programs.
• Supervise and participate in preventive and general maintenance tasks.
• Delegate tasks and schedule preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist other departments and resolve guest concerns.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Perform other duties to meet business objectives.
