Qualifications

• High School education is required; post-high school education preferred.
• Minimum of one year in a hotel maintenance position; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance functions and preventive maintenance follow brand standards for safety and compliance.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for equipment like HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and life-safety systems.
• Perform or supervise repairs in guest rooms and public areas, and manage safety procedures.
• Supervise and participate in maintenance scheduling and activities; act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Assist other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve concerns.
