Job summary

H Mart is seeking a Facility Management Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for store maintenance across locations. You will oversee daily help desk operations, coordinate with vendors, process invoices, and schedule repairs while supporting in-house technicians.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Management or Accounting or related field.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and communicating with store managers.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook).
• SAP knowledge is a plus, not required.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Strong written and verbal communication; bilingual Korean/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily help desk oversight, assign tickets, and ensure timely completion.
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks meet timeframes.
• Purchase parts and equipment; liaise with vendors for facility needs.
• Process invoices and payments; maintain accurate records.
• Prepare draft reports for various projects and store visits.
• Schedule and document maintenance; coordinate with contractors.
• Support in-house technicians and follow facility maintenance protocols.
• Visit regional stores to follow up on facility requests.
