Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity and appearance of our multifamily properties. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and support efficient operations across buildings, grounds, amenities, and common spaces.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass work; plus inspections, safety adherence, and on-call availability as needed by the property.

Qualificações

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across the property (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, glass replacement).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, inspect and inspects punch lists, schedule contractors, and perform needed repairs.
• Maintain amenity areas (breezeways, pool areas, common spaces) through cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, and painting as needed.
• Manage maintenance tools and materials, track inventory, and notify supervisors for reorders.
• Support safety policies by attending safety meetings and OSHA training; report incidents.
