Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical integrity and appearance of our multifamily properties. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance, addressing resident service requests, and supporting operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of general maintenance experience, HVAC certification is preferred, and the role requires on-call availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by inspections, punch lists, and scheduling contractors.
• Maintain amenity areas, breezeways, pool areas, and common spaces.
• Inspect work by vendors/contractors for quality and scope compliance.
