Qualifications

• 1 year of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry or appliances.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation if applicable.
• Customer-service oriented with residents; professional interactions.
• Follow safety guidelines and possess any other local/state required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair and related tasks.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system and maintain records.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, complete inspections, and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of amenities and common areas; perform light painting and upkeep.
• Monitor tools, inventory, and notify supervisors of reorder needs; minimize waste and costs.
