Job summary

Axle Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service delivery. You will perform a range of tasks across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping to ensure quality move-in experiences.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests promptly, maintaining common areas, and following safety procedures while presenting a professional image and on-site reliability.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read manuals and safety procedures.
• Experience with maintenance tasks in multifamily housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready units including basic repairs, painting, cleaning.
• Respond promptly to resident requests with professional demeanor.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and snow removal as needed.
• Keep grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and safe.
