Job summary

Quest Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep multifamily properties running smoothly in Maryland. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures, and prepare vacant units for occupancy.

Must have 3+ years of property management maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, be on-call, and willing to snow removal.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades.
• On-call availability and dependable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Report unusual circumstances and ensure property safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain professional appearance and operate within safety policies.
