Job summary

Quest Management Group seeks an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of multifamily properties in Hyattsville, MD.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs; prep vacant units; maintain grounds; and handle tools/inventory while on-call. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and appliance repairs.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on multifamily properties.
• On-call availability and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain the grounds on a daily basis.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Inventory and care of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call work as needed.
