Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support our multifamily properties in Maryland. You will assist with routine upkeep, make-ready tasks, and basic repairs, helping maintain property grounds and common areas with reliability and safety in mind.

The role requires 1+ year maintenance or porter experience and basic exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting. A high school diploma or GED is required, and on-call availability may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas; complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs; replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance; support seasonal preparation and storm response; maintain clean work and storage areas; respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Follow all company safety protocols; maintain a basic personal tool kit; complete required training and compliance courses.
• This role may include additional duties consistent with the position.
