Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• Must be available for on-call emergencies as needed.
• Strong attention to safety guidelines and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and document work orders.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and quality checks on units and common areas.
• Prepare vacant units by inspections, punch lists, and coordinating contractors.
• Maintain amenity areas, monitor supplies, and assist with safety trainings.
• Inspect work by vendors to ensure quality and scope compliance.
