Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's safety, cleanliness, and functionality. You will perform routine maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities and respond to resident service requests.

This non-exempt role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, with on-call availability evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year prior maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred and EPA refrigerant handling certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Able to work on-call, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and log work orders.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and quality.
• Prepare vacant units, schedule contractors, and perform needed repairs.
