Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• CFC certification, HVAC license and related certifications preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or another equivalent system preferred.
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies, including snow removal and inclement weather.
• Communicate maintenance issues to leadership and coordinate with vendors.
