Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• CFC certification and HVAC license preferred.
• Experience with Yardi or similar system preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills including Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs on electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Maintain and close work orders to standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance.
• Communicate issues promptly with maintenance leadership.
• Ensure safety and risk management compliance.
• Maintain curb appeal and professional resident interactions.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, vendors, and other properties.
