Job summary

Saul Centers, Inc. is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance across multiple shopping centers and office properties.

The role requires timely response to service calls, daily property inspections, and coordination with contractors to ensure buildings remain safe and fully functional. The incumbent will manage stock, vehicle use, and safety records across Maryland and Northern Virginia sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant Commercial Site Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to drive to properties.
• Reliable transportation to multiple properties in Maryland/Northern Virginia area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair, maintenance, and operation of assigned properties and supervise contractors.
• Perform daily property reviews and report findings to Property Manager.
• Conduct quarterly roof inspections and supervise life safety inspections.
• Respond to property emergencies on a 24-hour basis.
• Coordinate bids and scopes of work with property managers.
• Maintain inventories, records, and equipment; ensure compliance with policies.
