Job summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems across Allentown, PA and surrounding area. You will focus on energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime while documenting history and repairs.

The role requires four+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, plus a universal CFC recovery certification and a valid driver's license. A mobile, on-call schedule and onsite work are involved.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment repair.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.
• Universal CFC recovery certification.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Operate and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment and learn the methods required to use them properly.
• Conduct facility inspections and due diligence for occupancy.
• Submit P-card receipts daily.
• Update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Be available for call-in work and additional duties as required.
