Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Specialist II to provide on-call and mobile crisis response across multiple communities. You will perform face-to-face assessments, conduct phone interventions, and coordinate with law enforcement and EMS to ensure appropriate care and safety.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field (Master’s preferred), CPR/First Aid and CPI or willingness to obtain, and experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelors with relevant experience
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessment

Responsibilities

• Provide on-call/mobile crisis response and face-to-face assessments.
• Collaborate with Crisis Team and community resources for appropriate referrals.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency personnel to safeguard individuals.
• Evaluate risk and implement safety planning for crisis stabilization.
• Document accurately in accordance with DMH/BBH and regulatory guidelines.
• Attend trainings, supervision, and adhere to policies and procedures.
