Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

Greets and assists crisis line callers with empathy and non-judgmental care.
Travels in community using company vehicle to provide crisis intervention and referrals.
Completes Mental Hygiene Petitions and contacts resources for placement as needed.
Documents in EMR accurately and in a timely manner.
Builds relationships with first responders and community partners to support clients.
Facilitates admissions to hospitals and coordinates follow-up care.
Promotes community safety and quality client relations during all encounters.
Attends mandated trainings and supports new staff.
