Job summary

Elevation is seeking Mobile Response Team members to provide on-call crisis intervention in the community. The role requires rapid deployment with a partner or law enforcement, professional conduct, efficient data entry, and coordination with mental health professionals, case managers, and law enforcement.

Availability includes nights and weekends. The team operates in a demanding, fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication, dependability, and a commitment to helping individuals lead

Qualifications

• Crisis intervention with experience in suicide intervention.
• Available from 7am–7pm.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of community resources.
• Experience helping people with addiction, depression or mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Function as an effective team member and represent Elevate professionally; complete related data entry and notify after call.
• Be reachable by phone, respond to calls during scheduled shifts, arrive within one hour with a co-worker when two-person response is required, and coordinate with partners.
