Job summary

On-call shifts include overnights, weekends, and some holidays, with flexible scheduling. No college degree is required for this position if criteria for Mental Health Practitioner are met; Minnesota DHS criteria apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related field, or Bachelor's with at least 2,000 hours of supervised mental health service delivery.
• Must possess a valid class D driver's license and auto insurance.
• Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization in community settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Crisis Assessment, Intervention and Stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery of program services under supervision as needed.
• Document on-site observations and all interventions clearly.
