Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Crisis Responder / QP for Mobile Crisis Management to support Rutherford, McDowell and Mitchell counties. The role requires crisis experience, a relevant degree, and willingness to work 15-hour on-call shifts from home or community locations.

Position offers a 15-hour on-call schedule, guaranteed 40 hours per week paid, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. You will work to prevent inpatient hospitalization and support adults in mental health or substance use crises.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Services or related field with experience in crisis response.
• Experience in 24/7 crisis response settings preferred.
• Live near Rutherford, McDowell, or Mitchell counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response services in home, school, community, and other settings.
• Support individuals to live independently with recovery-focused interventions.
• Coordinate with family, guardians, and agencies to arrange services and referrals.
• Document interactions and maintain communication with clinical staff.
