RHA Health Services is seeking a Crisis Responder/Qualified Professional for Mobile Crisis Management in Henderson, Polk, or Transylvania counties. The role involves 15-hour on-call shifts from home, with a 40-hour guarantee and rotating 3- and 4-day weeks.

On-call hours are 9am–1am, with weekend rotations and a $24/hour base pay plus a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Candidates must reside in one of the specified counties and have crisis experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (not Human Services) with 4+ years in population served OR Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2+ years in population served OR Master’s degree+ with 1+ year in population served.
• License/Registration required by governing board for human service profession.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate relationships and act as a link between company, families, local agencies and community.
• Minimize psychiatric symptoms or substance-use impact on daily living; provide supportive counseling.
• Support client in developing daily living, socialization and behavior skills.
