IDM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the community’s physical integrity and provide a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts with weekends and on-call duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Follows practices for safe operation, maintenance and repair of on-site equipment, including OSHA programs, policies, and procedures.
• Responsible for detailed turnover of apartments, including painting, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, appliance maintenance, and a detailed make-ready checklist.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner and participates in on-call maintenance rotation.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper maintenance and standards.
