Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to lift heavy objects while working long shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Available to work weekends and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds to community objectives.
• Ensures safe operation, maintenance and repair of on-site equipment per OSHA.
• Details apartment turnovers: painting, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and make-ready checklists.
• Responds to work orders promptly, including after-hours on-call requests.
• Performs on-call rotation with the Maintenance Team.
• Inspects public areas and resident apartments for maintenance standards.
• Keeps storage areas, tools, and equipment secure.
• Follows policy while delivering high levels of customer service.
• Attends training and safety meetings as required.
