Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Myrtle Beach community. You will perform a range of maintenance tasks to preserve property value and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in general maintenance, strong plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting skills, and a valid driver’s license. On-call rotations and after-hours emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; Trade school and/or military training a plus.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
• CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required.
• Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.
• Improve vacant apartments, making them market-ready and welcoming for new residents.
• Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more.
• Represent ARI Apartment Management with a positive and professional attitude at all times; communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors; work on-call rotations, responding to urgent needs after hours.
