Titan Corp is seeking a Service (Punch) Technician to maintain and improve apartment community facilities, ensuring safety and aesthetics for residents and prospects. The role requires physical work and proper uniform with ID.

The position includes making ready vacant units, performing various maintenance tasks, and providing timely service to residents. Weekend/holiday availability is expected, with safety and quality as top priorities.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification preferred (Type I/II).
• At least 1 year in a maintenance role at an apartment community or similar.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 200 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate with residents clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete the “make ready” process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and inspections.
• Assist in other maintenance tasks as needed.
• Provide prompt and professional service to residents.
• Complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Complete preventive maintenance checks as assigned.
• May perform on-call duties for emergencies.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and wear uniform with ID.
