Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team and help create a well-maintained, welcoming community for residents. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Type I and II preferred; may be required regionally.
• Must reside within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests on time, including after-hours and emergencies.
• Perform unit turnovers and make-readies for new residents to meet deadlines.
• Maintain exterior and common areas including grounds and shared spaces.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and ensure safety standards where applicable.
• Identify and address maintenance issues to minimize disruptions.
• Follow OSHA standards and report hazards promptly.
• Use tools safely and manage inventory of equipment.
