Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician for Arlington Park. You will perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in and support the Service Manager with on-call duties, inventory, and general maintenance across the property.

Ideal candidates have HVAC skills and related certifications; willingness to be on-call and work weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills are required or preferred.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• Current driver’s license and CFC certificate when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs to vacant units in a timely manner.
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance materials usage.
• Inspect property and review improvements with the Service Manager.
• Maintain clean and safe maintenance shop and follow policies.
