Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. The role requires on-site work, on-call availability, and collaboration with the Service Manager to ensure timely repairs and proper maintenance.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/CFC credentials, plumbing/electrical/carpentry skills, and knowledge of SDS/OSHA. Training is available for some certifications as needed, with responsibility for maintaining a clean, organized shop

Qualifications

• HVAC and CFC certification required or preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills
• SDS and OSHA knowledge
• 608 Refrigerant Certification preferred but not required; training available

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to make-ready units in a timely manner
• Be on 24-hour on-call as scheduled by the Service Manager
• Assist the Service Manager or Housekeeper as needed
• Assist Grounds personnel with trashing out units
• Help with inventory control and maintenance supplies
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs with the Service Manager
• Process work orders and respond to maintenance requests
• Maintain grounds free of litter and ensure professional appearance
