Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC's Lincoln property seeks a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. The role requires hands-on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills, with on-call duties and a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, coordinating with the Service Manager, and maintaining grounds and common areas. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills are required.
• CFC certification preferred; 608 refrigerant certification preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of SDS and OSHA regulations.
• Current driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in.
• Be on-call 24 hours as scheduled by the Service Manager.
• Assist with inventory control and maintenance supplies.
• Inspect property for improvements and repairs and report to the Service Manager.
• Complete work orders with a focus on same-day completion.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and adhere to company policies.
