Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities with preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and resident-focused service. Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency on-call situations at the property.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently and 10–20 pounds constantly.
• Reliable personal transportation to work and on-call responses.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and reliability.
• Comfort with basic computer software and programs.
• Service mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Show care for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in via turnover repairs and improvements.
• Preserve building and community safety with upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for emergencies.
