Job summary
Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support resident communities in Wisconsin. You will perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, complete preventative maintenance and prepare vacants for move-in, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
- Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
- Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
- Availability for on-call emergencies at the property.
Responsibilities
- Show care and excellence in service ticket resolution and preventive maintenance.
- Resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair issues.
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
- Maintain building safety and cleanliness, including grounds upkeep.
- Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
- Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
