Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities, handling repairs across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems and installing new appliances as needed.

Required: at least 1 year of related experience; HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I/II preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license may be required; strong communication and organization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide curb appeal.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
