Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues across residential properties. You will install appliances and ensure service orders are completed promptly, while helping maintain curb appeal and safety compliance.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, an HS diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification preferred, and EPA Type I/II certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC system troubleshooting and repair knowledge required.
• Must have strong communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry issues on the apartment community.
• Install new appliances as needed and ensure timely completion of resident service orders.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and comply with safety regulations.
