Job summary

Bluecore Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC to service our apartment communities. You’ll handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general maintenance while prioritizing resident satisfaction and safety.

You’ll record work orders in Yardi, manage parts inventory, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and office team to ensure timely make-ready turns and a high standard of property appearance.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and maintenance skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow under supervision.
• Strong focus on resident satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• Communicate with Maintenance Supervisor and log service requests accurately.
• Ensure make-ready turns within 7 days and maintain inventory of parts.
• Collaborate with office staff to maintain high resident satisfaction.
