The Doran Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property management and maintenance team. You will perform day-to-day upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and high-quality workmanship across multiple sites. Key responsibilities include completing turnover tasks for move-ins/outs, addressing work orders within 24 hours, and coordinating with

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in building maintenance or related trade.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical/mechanical systems experience.
• EPA/CPO certifications preferred where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Mansioni

• Complete maintenance and turnover work on apartments for move-ins/outs.
• Resolve work orders within 24 hours of receipt.
• Respond to resident, tenant, or staff maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors as needed.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, fixtures, doors, windows, flooring, and building components.
• Maintain/equip and inspect common areas and grounds for safety and appearance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and emergency responses.
• Drive company vehicles as required and adhere to safety guidelines.
