Job summary

Bozzuto, based in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance, address HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs, and ready vacant apartments for move-in.

You will join a team that values care for residents and a high standard of service, with on-call rotations for emergencies. After 12 months, Bozzuto fully covers EPA 608 Universal Certification training, reflecting our commitment to growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or a trades education.
• Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ticket resolution.
• Work weekends/evenings and be on-call for after-hour emergencies.
