Real Property Management Beacon is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to support rental properties across the Upper Valley. You will perform handyman maintenance, painting and drywall work, with emphasis on quality and timely completion.

The role requires practical carpentry, minor electrical/plumbing, and documentation of work. On-call availability is required with additional pay; benefits include a sign-on bonus and company vehicle for on-call techs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality handyman maintenance, painting, and drywall work for rental properties under management, as assigned.
• Perform and provide exceptional quality work and services.
• Thorough documentation of work performed.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
