Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Must own personal tools.
• Criminal background check will be performed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for repairs and improvements.
• Prepare vacant apartments to market-ready conditions.
• Perform non-technical maintenance tasks: cleaning, caulking, painting, and basic repairs.
• Maintain exterior, common areas, driveways, and parking areas.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation and snow removal.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
