Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver exceptional service to residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, perform turnover maintenance on apartments within 3–5 days, and assist with a preventive maintenance program while upholding safety standards and clean, orderly work areas.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred. If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independent technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and related systems.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Perform common area maintenance (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, or other issues.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for the area.
• Assume primary responsibility for safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
