Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, efficient service to our residents. You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems across the community.

The role emphasizes timely turnover, safety, and a professional, on-site presence. You will document work, assist with preventive maintenance, and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash, pressure washing, cleaning windows etc.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Help maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Assume primary responsibility for the safe condition of all equipment or structures in area of expertise.
• Enter any newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules.
