Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor. You will handle apartment turnover projects within 3–5 days and support a preventive maintenance program for the property.

The role offers full-time, benefits and room for career progression toward a Maintenance Supervisor position.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA Universal or Type II certification required.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in 3–5 business days with turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety of all equipment and structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and orderly, observe safety rules.
