Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, professional service to residents. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and reports to the Property Manager. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, plus apartment turnover and safe operation of all equipment.

On-site duties cover common areas, exterior checks, and inventory updates. A valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is preferred with a 90-day certification

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and related areas.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: clean, sweep, mop, vacuum, trash, and weatherproofing duties as assigned.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues and participate in preventive maintenance.
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and ensure safe equipment condition; obey safety rules.
