Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled, reliable service for residents and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor. The role focuses on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs, with opportunities for growth to Maintenance Supervisor as you gain experience.

Responsibilities include turnover work, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, inventory updates, and teamwork with on-site staff to keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Certification must be obtained within 90 days if required at a specific property.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintenance of common areas including cleaning, trash, and windows.
• Monitor exterior for roof, siding, shutters issues.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment/structures in area of expertise.
• Enter newly purchased tools/equipment into inventory.
• Keep work area clean and observe safety rules.
