Job summary

Avanti Residential in Monument, CO is seeking a Service Technician to keep the property's appearance and operations in excellent condition, inside and out. You will prepare units for move-ins, perform work orders (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), repair appliances, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience and qualifications such as EPA Type II or Universal Certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
• CAMT certification preferred but not required
• CPO certification preferred for properties where applicable based on local regulations and property-specific operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
• Aware of the condition of the property at all times and take immediate steps to correct unsafe conditions, reporting safety concerns to the Service Manager/Community Manager.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours as directed and report any emergency work orders promptly.
• Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
• Complete grounds pick up, sweeping, and light landscaping when possible.
