Avanti Residential is seeking a Service Technician for Marq at Monument Ridge in Monument, CO. You will prepare units for move-ins, perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs, and handle after-hours emergencies. A strong safety mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

The role requires 1+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and preferred certifications (EPA Type II/Universal, CAMT, CPO). A Wonderlic assessment may be used in screening.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred for local regulations and property requirements.
• Written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of facilities management and mechanical equipment.
• Criminal background screening required.
• Valid driver's license and up-to-date vehicle insurance required.
• Wonderlic pre-employment assessment may be required if minimum qualifications are met.

Aufgaben

• Prepare units for move-ins with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting repairs.
• Monitor property condition and report safety concerns to management.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours; report emergencies promptly.
• Handle 24-hour emergency maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
• Perform grounds upkeep and light landscaping when possible.
