Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance work with plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders using our maintenance technology.
• Prepare units for new residents and manage unit turns as directed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts.
• Maintain high standards and properly document work.
• Stay current with required certifications for the role.
