Wallick Communities is seeking a Community Manager for Four Pointe Apartments in Richmond, KY. You will lead leasing and maintenance staff, manage payroll, and oversee financial operations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management, HUD/Section 8 experience a plus.
• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred; COS/LIHTC/HCCP/AHM beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals.
• Process community staff payroll.
• Ensure rent collections are received and deposited.
• Process community invoices for payment.
• Purchase and maintain supplies for the community.
• Maintain occupancy levels (target minimum 98%).
• Review rental applications for approval.
• Complete move-out paperwork and inspections.
• Audit resident files for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports for government agencies, admins, or the Company.
