Hubbell Realty Company in Marion, IA is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for Blairs Ferry/Marion Lofts. You’ll help keep our communities running 24/7 and participate in the on-call rotation with a company vehicle.

Join a team that values service, safety, and hands-on problem solving, from appliance repair to basic carpentry and electrical work. Weekend coverage is required on occasion.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviewing make-ready checklists to ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Part of the after-hours emergency team with on-call rotation.
• Obtain bids and negotiate prices for repairs as needed.
• Order and inventory supplies in a maintained maintenance shop.
